They sent me to Customer Support, which I called and waited for 10 minutes (thanks for the bill). I called the shop, from France, asking what the problem was, and they told me the code was printed on the receipt, which I don't have, and my friend either anymore. He shipped the game to me, I just received it, but no redeem code. I asked a friend who lives in Denver CO (I'm in France) to pre-order the game for me at his local Gamestop shop, the one on Colorado Bvd, because I wanted the Maulkiller costume so bad as I'm a huge SW fan.
